False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements
These programs start off at NCV level two plus the bare minimum requirement would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.
After website the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade 12.
NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, being equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV amount 2 that's equivalent to an NQF level 2.
On which sort of students are suited to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that common schooling will not be essentially the only means of getting an artisan or turning into competent so if a student knows from an early age what their passions are, the NCV programme is in fact properly fitted to that student.
False Bay TVET College will assist the student to become qualified in his field of interest. Students who want to become entrepreneurs will also have access to their Centre of Entrepreneurship on the Westlake Campus.
